Dr. Rosales began his career in Dentistry in the Philippines where he graduated from Centro Escolar University in 1998. Before he became a dentist, he also graduated in 1992 as a Dental Technician at the same school. Soon after, he started his own practice in Manila and then opened a second office in Quezon City where he served over 3000 patients for the four years he was there.
Dr Rosales was awarded his Dental Hygienist license from Florida in 2004. Soon after, he received his California Dental License in 2006 and immediately began working on his future office plans.
In December 2007, Arrow Smile Dental, located in Covina, CA, had opened and now has serviced over 1400 patients since its opening. Soon after, Dr. Rosales finished his Post Doctoral Degree at UCLA for Cosmetic Dentistry. This degree adds a new level of dental treatment to his practice and allows him to use the latest techniques in Dental Technology. Most recently, Dr. Rosales began orthodontic treatments at Arrow Smile Dental bringing traditional braces and Invisalign to his patients.
Finally, Dr. Rosales is a member of the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society, The California Dental Association, The American Dental Association, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentist and The Southern California Filipino Dental Society.
